Welcome to Off the Paige Desserts!
Based in a small Market town called Whittlesey, near Peterborough. We bake homemade traditional American pies & treats. I’m Nia and not only am I the owner, but I also make all the treats myself to order.
My daughter Paige is my world and inspiration for this business venture, so much so that I named
it after her! I’ve been baking all my life and have always loved America, especially American treats!
I have been out to America many times over the years in search of my favourite which has to be banana cream pie. Taking inspiration from this dessert I have put together my own delicious range of pies.
All of my recipes are as authentically America as I can make them.
Introducing The Pie Shed
Launched in May 2025, The Pie Shed is a charming self-service extension of Off the Paige Desserts - offering a rotating selection of our homemade American pies and cookies every Saturday & Sunday from 10am. Located just outside our home bakery in Whittlesey, its a help-yourself spot with honesty based payment by cash or Paypal. Whether you're craving a slice of Key Lime Pie or a classic chocolate chip cookie, The Pie Shed is a sweet stop for freshly baked treat - no pre-order needed!

At Off the Paige Desserts, we take food safety seriously and want to ensure all our customers enjoy our pies with confidence.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamintion, all our baked goods are prepared in the same kitchen, which handles allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before ordering so we can provide further details.
A full list of our products showing allergens or intollerances can be requested by contacting us. All pies are suitable for vegetarians. I have completed Food Hygiene Level 2, and have carried out a covid risk assessment as well as holding a 5 star hygiene rating by the Food Standards Agency.
